I base my methods on my training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), which takes a holistic approach to achieve positive life changes. IIN is versed in over 100 different dietary methods to best suit every individual. I assess where you’re at, right here and now, so you can invest and make commitments to yourself that will last long-term.

Health History
I start with a confidential, easy to complete health history catered to you. It allows us to explore your physical and emotional well being.
Consultation
A free consultation (in-person or video chat) to discuss your health history will give us an idea of where to start to make lasting changes. Nutrition, fitness, spirituality, relationships, and career are all explored in various depths, allowing us to move forward with a plan.
COACHING sessions
Sessions are 45 minutes at a frequency that works for you. Every session is suited to your needs as an individual. As you delve into your life holistically, new challenges may arise that we will tackle together, building upon your new-found strengths.
